The trashcans in the break room were not emptied last night. Can someone please empty them?
Also; we have written notes to the cleaning staff in the notebook for things that have been missed, or requested. Initially our requests were responded to but then it stopped. Our notes have gone unacknowledged. Since we were not receiving any response we found out in our staff meeting that our employees were frustrated and just stopped writing things in the book. They felt that since it seemed to be going on deaf ears it wasn’t worth even trying. We have instructed them that they need to document because the only way to get things done is to bring it the attention of the cleaning staff. We told them that if things continue to not be addressed and corrected, we would follow up with the building staff, as I’m doing now. I have attached a copy of the notes to the cleaning staff since 6/1/17 for your review and follow up with the company. Once you have followed up with them I would appreciate you following up with me as to their explanation why our concerns are not being addressed? Are we asking for things to be done that are outside of the scope of the contract? Or are they simply not looking at the book?
Also; we have requested in the past, but have never received the details of the contracts outlining what services are provided on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. If that was provided to us we would all be on the same page and we would know what to expect for each of the time parameters.
Finally, I see that a blue bin may have been emptied by the cleaning staff. Can you please confirm that this has been discussed with the cleaning staff and that they know that they cannot do this? They need to understand the implications of a potential breach should the contents end up in the regular trash instead of being shredded.
