Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
“I discovered early in my career that to be a good physiatrist, I also have to be a good listener. This means taking the time to let you tell me about your concerns and answering all of your questions. It means never treating you like a number, and always treating you as the unique individual that you are.
I became a physiatrist because I greatly desired a career in healthcare, and physiatry allows me to focus on restoring the utmost health and function of people so they can live a better, healthier life.
I work together with my patients to help their bodies heal properly and restore the necessary balance for optimum health. I find it to be very rewarding when I see my patients get back to enjoying a good quality of life. Being a physiatrist is a privilege, and I can’t imagine being anything else.”
