Dr. Pansari attended medical school in India and ranked 71 amongst 300,000 competing medical school aspirants in AIPMT-2006 (MCAT equivalent) and went to one of the top medical schools in the country. He came to the United States for his Surgery training and completed his General Surgery Residency at Florida Atlantic University. He then completed a highly competitive hepatopancreatic biliary surgery fellowship at Ascension Providence Hospital (Michigan State University College of Human Medicine). Dr. Pansari performs all General Surgery as well as advanced surgeries of the liver, bile duct, and pancreas. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and Certified by Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA). He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA). Dr. Pansari started a liver and pancreas surgery program at Bayhealth, Kent Campus. He is well respected and loved by his peers, hospital staff and above all his patients. He has numerous publications and citations and is nationally known for his work. Dr. Pansari and his wife reside in Camden and they have a 3-year-old daughter. He enjoys traveling, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
