Vallorosi, Christopher J. MD

Dr. Vallorosi received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1991. He then received his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 1995. He completed a General Surgery Internship at the University of Michigan Medical Center in 1996. He then completed his Urology Residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center in 2001. He has a diverse training background in all areas of urologic disease. Dr. Vallorosi received awards from the American Association for Cancer Research for his special research work on prostate cancer. He has published numerous papers in Urology journals and has performed many presentations at the American Urological Association conferences.

Dr. Vallorosi’s clinical interests are in urologic oncology including the treatment of cancers of the prostate/bladder/kidney, benign prostatic hypertrophy, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism and testosterone replacement therapy, urinary tract infections, interstitial cystitis, voiding dysfunction, and infertility.

Dr. Vallorosi is a member of the American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Endourological Society, Delaware Urological Society and the Medical Society of Delaware. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
